Hello, my wife's P20 Pro has developed an issue this evening. Will connect to WiFi networks but all show as "no internet access". All other devices including my P20 (same model) still work fine. Have tried a "Reset network settings" but issue still persists. Is on latest software version (compared with my phone). I got myself a Huawei P20 Pro and am fairly satisfied with it atm. But there is one issue I have now and that is that apps like Line, Teamspeak 3 and even the phone app is using the wrong microphone when using a Bluetooth headset or even an USB C -> 3,5 mm headset.
The problem may still be that your GPS does not function properly. Turn your phone off and then back on by pressing and holding the Power button for about 10 seconds, until you see the Huawei logo appear. You can then turn off the power. The on-screen instructions will allow you to reset your phone.
It is best to choose the automatic setting so that this parameter matches your operator's network. Then, remember to clear your Wi-Fi cache memory on your Huawei P20 Pro. To do this, go to "Settings", then "Additional settings" and "Application management". Then search for "Wi-Fi settings", then press "Clear cache".
This includes models such as the Huawei P30, P30 Pro, Mate 20, and Mate 20 Pro. However, there are a few models that do not have GPS, such as the Huawei P20 Lite. Furthermore, the X-GPS App employs satellite navigation, as well as alternative geolocation methods, such as cellular base stations and Wi-Fi hotspots.

Purchased a Huawei P20 abroad which shows as 'No Signal' when I returned to the UK using my Vodafone Sim; also happens with other Sims too (tried EE and Virgin). The phone is unlocked so I'm not sure why it's not working. Any help is hugely appreciated. Very frustrating issue.

The phone is running EMUI 12 and data roaming is enabled. Mobile data works fine when not connected to wifi. I've tried clearing the cache, enabling wifi+, switching wifi, bluetooth, mobile data, off and on, plus rebooting both units. On a couple of occasions it has worked as it should and I was able to download a map and get a weather forecast

Loving my shiny new P20 pro, my first proper flagship device. However, tested the audio for the first time today and ran into some problems. It works fine outputting through the inbuilt speakers for Deezer, YouTube etc. Plugging in headphones or connecting to bluetooth speakers however, the sound still outputs from the phone.

There are network issues. A poor signal may result in calls ending. Refer to My phone has an unstable signal, weak signal, or no signal at all to troubleshoot the issue.; If the signal is normal but the issue only occurs when you are making calls in certain locations, the carrier network in those locations may be abnormal. Both drones work perfectely with the Huawei P20 pro, but the Mini 3 pro only works well with Huawei P20 pro, despite DJI states the contrary. Any explanation to this fact would be welcome. I must say that I have both a Huawei P20 pro and a Huawei P30 pro, and also a DJI Mini (the first one) and a Mini 3 pro. After you uninstall an app, restart the phone to normal mode and check for the problem. If your Huawei P30 is still problematic, repeat steps 1-4. No SIM card detected fix #7: Replace the SIM. .
